These Terms govern your use of the website nextbranden.com and of the advisory services offered by Nextbranden Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 68 491 207 336), a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia in 2018.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting a form you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or our services.
2. Nature of our services
Nextbranden provides general financial literacy information and helps Australian residents check their eligibility for government payments, grants and tax offsets. We are not a government agency, and information provided does not constitute personal financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 unless a specific written engagement letter is signed with a licensed advisor.
3. Eligibility and information accuracy
You must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over to request a free audit. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Eligibility estimates are based on public rules in force at the date of review and may change without notice.
4. Fees
The initial eligibility check and audit are free of charge. Any fee-based service is disclosed in advance through a written engagement letter, including GST where applicable.
5. Intellectual property
All content on nextbranden.com (text, images, code, logos) is the property of Nextbranden Advisory Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), our total liability is limited to the re-supply of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are unhappy with our service, contact us at complaints@nextbranden.com. Unresolved disputes can be referred to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au, of which we are a member, or to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) at tpb.gov.au for matters relating to tax agent services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
